3 types of Proofing Services are available.

• Digital Preview
• SuperProofs
• Digital Proof Portfolios

Proofing Services offer a reduced rate for the printing service as an exchange for longer service time in the lab.
Limited Standard sizes are available for all proofing services. All Proofing Services come with Gutter Printing unless otherwise requested. Retouching is NOT available on any Proofing Service.A spiral binding service may be requested for entire orders sized 8x10 or 11x14.

Digital Previews

36 minimum
Individually cut prints (with the exception of 2.5x3.5” – which are supplied in 7x10” sheets) are supplied in a variety of standard proofing sizes from your files.

Digital Previews are available as Full Frame, Black Edge or White Edge prints. Digital Previews are available in 4 Service Levels – No correction, Standard Correction, Premium Correction and Individual Correction. Files are printed with the same orientation as submitted and are not rotated. Gutter printing is standard – but can be requested to be removed.

SuperProof

36 minimum
Multiple ganged up images printed to 20X30” sheet form.

Number of images per sheet varies as proof size requested. Images can be ordered as Full Frame or Black Edged images. Your studio reference data and frame number are included with every image for easy
identification. Files are printed with the same orientation supplied. Gutter printing is standard and can not be removed. 8x10” Superproofs are available in “mini proof” only.

Mini SuperProof

36 minimum
A Mini SuperProof is under 2.5X3.5” in size and 8 images are printed to 8x10 sheet form.
Images can be ordered as Full Frame or Black Edged images. As with standard Super Proofs – your studio
reference date and frame number is included with every image for easy identification. Files are printed with
the same orientation supplied. Gutter printing is standard and can be requested to be removed – especially when a Spiral Binding Option is requested. Trimming off of the gutter can be done if not requested at the appropriate fee.

Digital Proof Portfolio

36 minimum
Files are printed as ganged up images with file orientation corrected to a “heads up” for easy viewing in a more sophisticated format than the SuperProof option.

Correction level is automatically a premium, providing more continuity for the finished product. Sheet sizes are available as a 6-up 8x10” format or 6,9 or 12 to a page if the 11x14” option is chosen. Background colour can be either black or white. When requested with a Spiral Binding option (see Spiral Binding), Digital Proof Portfolios arrive as a finished presentation method for your images. Cover sheets are available and may include a Cover Image, your client’s information plus your Studio Logo, if requested. All images are identified by the file name under each image with the exception of the cover image.
