Retouching

Any adjustment made to any file in Photoshop is deemed as retouching.

Burning / dodging, colour adjustment of just one area of a file, sharpening, softening, minimizing artifacting, removal of camera dust and correcting white balance problems in addition to traditional facial retouching are all done in Photoshop and considered as retouching.

An entire range of standard options are already at your finger tips if you use the Nulab Digital Express Retouching Module. The Module allows you to request retouching with a tick of a button. Basic bag softening & removal of blemishes to background swaps and braces removal have been listed for you to use. Whether utilizing the features of selected software programs that are linked to our ordering software, using the preset standards or setting up your own preferences, Nulab can offer a solution for your Retouching needs that will be right for you.

Standard Service levels provide a uniformed service time after time.

Basic	Removal of minor blemishes plus softening of bags and facial lines only.
Medium	Basic retouching plus softening of neck, chest and hands including age spots.
High	A glamour retouching with all “skin” areas to have a “porcelain” model perfect look.
High Plus	Extensive retouching/restoration, complex Custom Digital Template - all on a quotation basis only.
Individual	Individual retouching options that can be selected by themselves which do not include any of the standard service level. This service avoids the common confusion of what is included when selecting each Standard Retouching level.

School Retouching

School retouching of individuals is available as an automated basic retouching service only. Redo’s are not available on school retouching. Standard retouching is available for your group shots and the normal retouching services apply.

NuTones

Nutones are images that have been converted to a selected tone.
Select this RETOUCHING service option for the time saving comfort of knowing that your finished product will come back with the same consistency within each order especially if used in conjunction with our “Prints to One Printer “option. No need to worry about monitor calibration or tonal quality. Please see the Products link for accurate representation of Nutones available or contact Customer Service for hard copy options.
