Order Automation & Order Confirmations

Over the next month or so, we will be changing our software to a new more efficient platform.

During that time orders will only be processed automatically during regular working hours. Orders received over week ends will be processed manually the following Monday. Please be patient and note that you will not receive a confirmation email until Monday.

NZIPP Infocus Conference 2008 - Anthony Schroeder

A big thank-you to all of Nulab's Kiwi clients I met whilst I was over there for the recent NZIPP Infocus Conference at Tauranga. It was great to be able to put faces to the many voices I had only spoken to over the phone. It was also great to be able to show so many of you our new Picpress products and Nulab services  whilst manning the Nulab stand. Thankfully it wasn't all work and Michael and I enjoyed many meals and drinks ( so many drinks ) with many of you. This was my first trip across the Ditch and certanly will not be my last. I look forward to meeting many more of you next time I get across there.

Retouching

As part of our automation and standardization of all retouoching instructions the following pricing will apply to all work. Until Spetember 30th work can be ordered by providing instructions in PDF or Word Documents.

Commencing October 1st 2008, these special prices will be for work ordered via the Nulab Digital Express Only.

Orders placed via manual methids including PDF and word documents will attract an additional 50% fee after October 1st.

Christmas Cut Off Dates

Christmas is fast approaching and it's time to plan for our cut off dates below.

These cut-off dates allow for despatch Monday 22nd Dec. (interstate and regional Vic. clients) or Tuesday 23rd (local clients). Standard turn-around times may vary, as Christmas freight volumes increase some parcels may take longer than your usual service.

N.B.:Please allow ample time to compensate for unforseen errors and for post-lab services such as framing and delivery to your client.  Please take this into consideration when planning your Christmas orders, and send them to us as early as you can. Overseas and New Zealand clients please allow an extra 2-3 days for freight during this busy period.

The lab closes Wednesday 24th December at 12 noon and re-opens Monday 5th January 2009 at 8:30am.
