Your photographic prints are mounted to sheets of acrylic. Acrylic mounts look best when used to finish metallic prints, providing the optimal visual effect.

Please note: Face mount acrylic mounting adds 10 working days to any service. Print not included.

Facemount acrylics are available as “bolted” or “floating”.

Bolted Acrylic: Your image is mounted directly on to a 6mm sheet of acrylic with 4-6 bolt holes (depending on print size), backed with a permanent gloss white vinyl and finished off with 4 aluminium bolts on the outside edges of the Acrylic. Bolted acrylics have 4 bolts unless otherwise requested, or unless a long panoramic image has been ordered. Bolt diameter is 0.75” (20mm). Bolt locations for acrylics - 1” (25.4mm) from the edge of acrylic to the centre of the bolt. (+/- 2mm).

Floating Acrylic: Your image is mounted directly on to a 6mm sheet of acrylic which is then backed with a permanent gloss white vinyl. Floating acrylics come with a easy wall mounting system.

Floating and Bolted Face Mount Acrylics must be ordered at the same time as the print to be mounted. We are unable to mount a print that was not designated to be mounted on acrylic. Photographic print cost is additional.
