No-one can guarantee bums on seats but everyone appreciates the benefit of pooling resources and marketing together.
Currently STUDIOMAX has three successful studios in Victoria.
With the need to support these studios, the concept of supporting studios around Australia has developed.
INTRODUCTION
EYEMAX is a collaboration of Professional Photography Studios located Australia wide, marketing and advertising collectively, to provide a constant source of qualified leads.
A focus on the business of photography and not the art of photography.
A very simple concept of bringing together like minded studio owners, working together as a team to fill the much desired need for better qualified ‘bums on seats’.
ADVERTISING
Promotional Advertising Campaigns include:
- TV commercial advertising
- Third Party marketing
- Major Prize Campaigns
- Exhibitions
- Web Optimisation
- Database accumulation and marketing
These campaigns will provide a constant source of qualified leads thru out the year, targeting all sorts of niche groups. No studio could possibly afford or get such coverage individually, but collectively we can grow and support the whole industry.
COSTS & FLEXIBILITY
All the marketing and advertising will be handled for you.
As a member you will receive your leads and you will then approach them as if they were your own clients. There is no percentage based fee on sales, just a flat rate per lead and an annual participation fee. In the event of running some expos, each studio would also be asked to donate a staff member to help man the stands for a few hours, so that we can all contribute to the desired success.
All this for just the cost of one good sale to join and the cost one average sale per major TV campaign.
There will be a couple of rules that we will need to stick to but essentially each studio will be able to sell whatever range of products they like.
NETWORKING
We will have the added advantage of sharing ideas and getting help in areas that other studios are succeeding in, exchanging ideas and techniques. Joint meetings, seminars, conferences, group and individual training sessions.
POSITIONING?
The positioning of studios will be based on numerous factors. It all about having a logical and practical approach to what’s available and who is already on board.
SECURING YOUR POSITION
Positions will be secured based on a ‘first in, first served’ basis.
Once your participation fee is paid then your area will be secured for you.
I must however mention that the entry criteria doesn’t just stem from who can pay the participation fee.
This is a program dedicated to like minded individuals, studios who can work well with other studios, share ideas, maintain a great standard of work while maintaining excellent customer relationships and have the capacity to build on the good will of the whole portrait industry.
